We bring to your attention a tool to exclude water withdrawal in the CHPP "BARRIER"
In 2007, Aroma Ukraine LLC received applications for the development and further production of a product that would have a pronounced specific smell. The need for the production of such a tool is due to the fact that in recent years, organizations in whose department the heating plants are engaged in the supply of heat carrier for heating residential and industrial premises have suffered enormous losses due to unauthorized selection of hot water from closed water supply systems. The developed tool was called "BARRIER".
In order to increase the effect, an integrated approach was used in the development of the BARRIER product, the produced product has not only a pronounced specific smell, but also contains a concentrated fluorescent dye.

Due to the specific smell, the use of the "BARRIER" agent makes it unacceptable to use water from the heating system, as well as the introduction of this agent in closed water supply systems makes it easy to determine the location of emergency leaks.
Means "BARRIER" retains its effectiveness at very low concentrations in aqueous solutions.
The optimal input is selected empirically and ranges from 0.001 to 0.0005% in relation to the hydraulic volume of heat supply networks. At recommended doses, treated water is dermatologically safe.

System processing way:
Initial treatment of the entire hydraulic volume of the system by a single (volley) introduction of the BARRIER agent at the rate of 0.01-0.005% of the total hydraulic volume of the system. Treatment of make-up water, with a dosage of 0.001-0.0005% in order to maintain the achieved concentrations. Processing can be done once every two days according to the readings of the make-up water meter.
Handling "BARRIER":
Working with the "BARRIER" tool does not require special security measures. Avoid contact with the skin, eyes and inside the body. In case of contact with skin or eyes, wash off with plenty of water.
Delivery to the customer and labeling of goods:
The product is supplied in plastic and polyethylene containers with a capacity of 1 to 225 kg. Products do not qualify as dangerous goods when transported. A significant increase in the concentration of the agent does not entail negative consequences.
